By accessing and using this website and our services, you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement. If you do not agree to abide by the terms of this agreement, you are not authorized to use or access this website.
50% upfront payment required to start projects
Net 30 payment terms for invoices
1.5% monthly fee on overdue amounts
Refunds are available within 14 days of project initiation if no work has commenced. Once development begins, payments are non-refundable but project scope adjustments can be discussed.
Upon full payment, clients receive ownership of the custom code and design elements created specifically for their project. This includes website layouts, custom graphics, and content management systems.
We retain rights to our proprietary methodologies, general techniques, frameworks, and any pre-existing code libraries used in projects. We also reserve the right to showcase completed work in our portfolio.
Some projects may include third-party components (fonts, libraries, images) which remain subject to their respective licenses. We ensure all third-party elements are properly licensed for commercial use.
2pwebdev's liability is limited to the total amount paid by the client for the specific service in question.
30 days from project delivery for bug fixes and technical issues
Warranty covers technical defects, not design changes or additional features
